Ian and Kim Massingham’s (owner) journey into buffalo farming began with a single taste of fresh mozzarella in Italy, leading them to establish Eungai Creek Buffalo Farm in NSW. Faced with a scarcity of buffalo farms in the region, they purchased a pregnant buffalo and relocated their herd to a biodynamic farm in 2012. Over the years, the farm has expanded its offerings to include soft and mature cheeses, gelato, milk, yogurt, and meat, all produced sustainably.
